Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm.

Prayer.

Members present: A quorum present

Levi Cox – Locust Grove

Linda DeVito Kuchenbach – Little River

Joe Turman – Court House

Jerry Booth- Burks Fork

Kalinda Bechtold – Indian Valley

Joe Turman stated the 2^nd half of the agenda; committee selection was postponed until the next meeting due to hazardous weather conditions and the need to get people home early.

Joe Turman welcomed Levi Cox and Kalinda Bechtold as new board members.

Officers for the next term are

Joe Turman – Chair by unanimous vote

Jerry Booth – Vice-Chair by unanimous vote

Meeting for this term will be at the same times and places. Minutes of the meetings will be done in the same method.
